  1. Honestly, I watch all of your videos multiple times because I just like listening to you talk. Always good recipe ideas, and I definitely wouldn’t have thought of putting nut butter in a tomato pasta recipe, but I’ll have to try it!

  2. Did you workout every day while losing weight or just work out in general? If so, what kind of workouts would you do?

    1. mercedes murguia hi, i know the questions not aimed at me. but if you’re trying to lose weight i would suggest working out 3-4 time a week, with 3 cardio sessions and then 1 strength session (to help tone) but ensure you do have rest days! x

  4. I would starve eating this in one day… Maybe because I lift weights 3-4 times a week and move throughout the week quite a bit..
    That’s why I like that you put a notice that every woman is different and not everyone needs 1400cals..

    1. KawaiiPettanko she normally does say that, and she says you may need more or less based on your own needs.
