Tea for weight loss | How to make Healthy Moringa tea to lose weight

Homemade moringa powder recipe :-

Ingredients to make moringa green tea to lose weight:-

1 cup water
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
A pinch nutmeg powder/jaiphal
4 cloves
1 tsp moringa powder/ 2-3 sprigs of moringa leaves
1/2 tsp organic green tea (optional)
1 tsp honey ( optional)
Few drops of lemon (optional)

Method to make moringa green tea:-

Heat 1 cup of water add cinnamon, clove and nutmeg and bring the water to a boil
Reduce the heat Let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes
After that switch off the flames and add green tea & moringa powder or fresh leaves
Your moringa tea is ready to be consumed.
If you didn't like the taste of this tea initially you can add lemon and honey in the end and consume it.

Have this weight loss tea, at least once or twice a day.
