Mixed Sprouts Salad is a healthy and easy recipe. Cook the sprouts with salt & 1 bayleaf in a glass of water. Bring it to boil, moong sprouts will be soft in just 2 min. White peas, Green and black gram take almost 3 min. to soften.
We are making here a healthy and tasty salad of mixed fresh sprouts with green moong, moth, green & black gram/chana and white peas.
In a bowl, we take boiled mixed sprouts, chopped onions, chopped cucumbers, chopped carrots chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, black salt, anchor powder, lemon juice, red chilli flakes, ginger juice and 1 tsp oil.
Mix all the ingredients, garnish with carrot, cucumber and chopped coriander.
Tips : When we put 1 bay leaf in boiling water with sprouts, the flavour of bay leaf enhances the taste of sprouts. All the spices give this dish a unique, awesome taste.
