Breakfast is very important to your body because you didn’t have any food intake during sleeping for 6-8 hours after dinner. Eat breakfast will help to increase your metabolism and let you does not have binge eating for lunch. And here’s the detail of the recipes:
1.CINNAMON OATMEAL WAFFLE:
¼ cup oat flour
1 tbs whey protein
¼ cup low fat milk,
⅛ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp vanilla extract

2.CHERRY BANANA SMOOTIE BOWL
1 frozen banana
1 tbs frozen cherry/blueberries
⅛ yogurt low-fat yogurt
1 tbs protein powder

3.SUNNY SIDE EGG AVOCADO TOAST
½ avocado
1 whole egg
1 slice whole wheat toast
salt & peper
chili flakes

4.PEANUT BUTTER BANANA TOAST
2 slice whole wheat bread
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 banana
1 tbs whey protein
1 tbs low-fat milk
1 whole egg
ground cinnamon powder

5.BLUEBERRY OVERNIGHT OATMEAL
¼ cup oat
2 tbs whey protein powder
1 tbs wheat germ
½ cup low-fat milk
½ tbs chia seeds
⅛ cup frozen blueberries
